Jessica Basiliere is an associate attorney at Maiona & Maiona, P.C. She represents clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, support and removal matters.
Jessica works hard to achieve positive results for her clients. She is a dedicated problem solver, and is not afraid to take on projects, no matter how challenging. While she recognizes that litigation is necessary in many cases, she is a firm believer that parties and their children benefit immensely when settlements can be reached without court intervention.
Jessica was initially drawn to family law by her desire work with closely with individuals and families, and to help them through difficult situations. She focuses on forming relationships with her clients in order to serve not only as a strong advocate for their legal interests, but also as a trusted advisor and supporter in dealing with the emotional aspects of family law matters.
Jessica is a 2011 graduate of Villanova University and a 2014 graduate of Suffolk Law School. During law school, she worked as a student law clerk at the Boston domestic relations firm, Atwood & Cherny. Prior to joining Maiona & Maiona in early 2017, she worked as a family law associate in the Boston area, representing clients in divorce and custody matters.
Jessica is a member of the Family Law Division of the Massachusetts Bar Association, as well as the Boston Bar Association.
